HexNemesis Software provides standalone, DRM-free digital executables (.exe). Because digital goods cannot be physically "returned," and because we intentionally do not use intrusive DRM to lock you out of the software after purchase, all sales are final once the software has been downloaded.
If you encounter a fatal bug or if the software fails to launch on a standard Windows 10/11 operating system, please contact us. We will provide a patch or a full refund at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.
If you accidentally purchase the same tool or Master Suite twice, contact us with your Stripe receipt, and we will immediately refund the duplicate transaction.
